Please reach out before making a return. We are an expert on computer monitors and would love to talk to you. It will provide a lot of feedback on what we can do differently for our products. 

If we cannot come to an agreement, no worries, we will provide a free shipping label to you. We have a shipping agreement with UPS, therefore, it will be a UPS label. Please wait for the uploaded label. Please do your best to wrap the monitors and fold the monitor stand so that they will fit in the box without damaging each other. Refunds will be deducted if items are damaged. Please note that returns may be subject to a 20% restock fee.
