Returns:
Due a growing number of companies providing laptops, desktop, and USB Docks. Please make sure it match the input shapes on yours before ordering. No returns for change of mind or incompatible.
If the screens are broken, or the USB Dock does not work, no worries, we will provide a free shipping label to you. We have a shipping agreement with UPS, therefore, it will be a UPS label. Please wait for the uploaded label. Please do your best to wrap the monitors and fold the monitor stand so that they will fit in the box without damaging each other. Refunds will be deducted if items are damaged. Please note that returns may be subject to a 20% restock fee.
