We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. However, please note that returns due to buyer's remorse are not covered — items must be returned due to a defect or an error on our part. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

At Monster Monitors, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Warranty: All products come with a 120-day warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures. If your product develops a fault within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
How to Return: To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Please note that returns due to buyer's remorse, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered under our warranty policy. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed within 2 business days. We ship via UPS — customers in the central US can expect delivery within 3-5 business days after processing. If you're located further out, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped! If you select Express shipping at checkout, your order will automatically be upgraded to the next fastest shipping option available.
