GRADE A quality means good overall condition and will show minor signs of wear on outer shell casing.
Screen: Monitors screen is perfect without scratches and picture color and brightness works correctly.
GRADE B quality means good overall condition and will show minor signs of wear. Very minor scratches or scuff marks on the shell. Trim and plastic is intact with no cracks or breaks in the plastic.
Screen:
Scratch: Limited to only 1 or 2 scratches, chips or scuff marks on glass. Most scratches are less than an inch long.
White Spot: Limited to small white spots that makes the part of screen brighter than the rest but does not block the text.
Bruising: Blue or black marks on screen no bigger than a nickel size. Which may affect the picture quality
Most imperfections can do is show up on white background, otherwise it is fine. Does not affect performance at all.
If you don't care that much about a minor scratch or small bruise that isn't that noticeable, this is a great value. It shows up on white background we take in pictures. But YouTube and Excel works fine. Please see last photo with red square.
